Introduce your young athlete to the fun and excitement of water polo with our Kraken Ball program, designed specifically for children ages 6–8. This beginner-friendly, recreational session focuses on water confidence, basic skills, and having a great time in a safe environment.

By registering for and participating in programs offered by Elk Grove Kraken Water Polo Club, I acknowledge and understand that participation in athletic activities, including water polo and aquatic training, involves inherent risks of injury, illness, accident, or death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation for myself and/or my child.

I certify that the participant is physically able to participate in program activities and has no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician regarding any medical concerns prior to participation.

I authorize Elk Grove Kraken Water Polo Club staff, coaches, volunteers, and affiliated facility personnel to obtain emergency medical treatment for the participant if I cannot be reached immediately. I understand that I am financially responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Elk Grove Kraken Water Polo Club, its directors, coaches, volunteers, staff, sponsoring organizations, and facility operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of participation in club activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I understand that practices, clinics, camps, games, and related events may involve photography or video recording for promotional, educational, or social media purposes. I grant permission for the participant’s image or likeness to be used unless I submit a written opt-out request.

I acknowledge that program fees are non-refundable except as otherwise stated in the club’s refund policy.
